TransCentury finally join the 21st century
I like their website too. Minimalist to the nth degree. Its also refreshing to see that all the staff are fairly young. The interesting thing would be to see how leveraged they really are if as alleged they make most of their acquisitions using their shareholding as collateral.

I wonder who was running the firm during the first nine years of its existence. Seems everyone was hired in the last one year.
Or was it just an investment club back then?
Tony Wainaina and James Gachui (and the other directors) used to run it...
quite a good site, these guys have done great for themselves within a short period, wish was the case with many other potential companies in kenya.
But i understand they are publicising themselves for an upcoming private placement.
Their website says Tony joined last November. Was he moonlighting at Transcentury before that?
I wanted to learn more about the firm and am amazed with its site and the fact that it is headed by young blood.
